CRAIG          DOUG          MARK

 

                                                            

 

•  Winner of the 2001 Buffalo Music Award for best acoustic trio

•  NOMINATED BY THE BUFFALO MUSIC AWARDS FOR BEST ACOUSTIC TRIO  FOR 2002, 2003 and 2004!

 

  This acoustic trio was formed in October 1998.  the members:

•  Mark  - guitar and vocal

•  Doug -  guitar and vocal

•  Craig - lead vocal and percussion.

            

 

  MARK PFONNER -

                            Mark has been a local entertainer for over 30 years.  In addition to “The Reminders”, Mark has also worked with “New Breed”, “The Nickel City Band”, “Sierra”, as well as folk entertainer at the Fantasy  Island amusement park.

 

  DOUG FISHER-  

                           Like Mark, Doug Fisher has been a long time member of the local entertainment community. His credits  include groups such as “Dynamite”, “Teaser", “New Breed” and  “Straight Shooter”.  Doug is also  very active in his local church in various musical capacities.  

     

  CRAIG MANGUS -  

                          Craig has worked actively in music since 1970.  His vocal talents have been heard in such bands as “New Breed”, “The Nickel City Band”, “Dynamite and “Crash Cadillac”.  In 1997 Craig was honored with an award for vocalist of the year at the NIGHTLIFE MAGAZINE’S Buffalo area country music awards while working with “The San Antonio Rose Band” 

 

THE REMINDERS is a perfect entertainment unit for your private party, special function or club.  The music performed is geared for the "30 something" and up but will be enjoyed by most anybody that likes classic rock.  Our format is "unplugged" but the trio plays through a small PA which enhances the sound. Our playing venues have included such places as: Ilio Di Paolo's in Blasdell, Doc Sullivan's in South Buffalo, Marinaros Larkin Tavern in Buffalo, One M&T Plaza Concert Series in Buffalo, Desiderio's Lancaster Ale House,The Sportsman's Lounge in Buffalo,The Buffalo St Grill in Hamburg, Gene McCarthy's Buffalo, Mr Bill's Cheektowaga, The Cove in Depew and many private parties, concerts and gatherings.
